When the user runs a Banner job and saves the output to a text file via IE, the following error message is in the text file instead of the output content:

To fix this problem:
Open IE
Click Tools
Click Internet Options...
Go to the "Browsing History" section
Click Settings
Select "Automatically"
Click OK
Click OK again

Try again to save the output and the problem should be resolved.
